If you live in Illinois you must fill out the form below before you can play in Iowa for the DSC.

Please click on the following link, www.illinoisyouthsoccer.org/forms.htm then you need to click on 2010/2011 Out-of-State Player Registration there you will have to set up a user name and password with GOTSOCCER, but once that is done they don’t have to set it up again, they just have to plug in their user name and password each year.
