2009 Registration Information

Managers - Here are guidelines for fall registration:

Please turn in to registrar:

- Current roster with player and coaching changes clearly marked.
- For new players - copy of state issued birth certificate and completed player info form.
- Code of Conduct form completed for entire team.

Please turn in to treasurer:

- Deposits to complete your registration: $150/player, $30 travel fee, $5/coaches card (2 cards/team free)
- I can not complete your registration until the funds are available in your account.
Please turn your registration materials in anytime during the Blowout, have it in an envelope or bound in some way--approximately 30 teams will be dropping information off.

Please note: I will not be available at the beginning of August, if you are late with your registration, I may not be able to get your materials back to you before the beginning of your season.

Dubuque Soccer Club Value Card Money Turn In

- Please use the [DSC Value Card Deposit Form] when turning in your deposit.
- DSC only accepts checks, NO CASH
- Purpose of this early turn in date is to have money in players accounts before registration
- Players can continue to sell cards over the next couple months
- Next money turn in @ manager's meeting, July 17th 7:00 pm
- More cards are available and on hand, if needed

DSC Fees 2009-2010

Fees for the 2009/2010 soccer year will be $150.00 and will be payable at registration during the Blow Out Tournament. The new tiered fee structure will go into effect July of 2010.

10th ANNUAL DUBUQUE BLOWOUT 2009 - July 10-12, 2009

Chicago Fire Bus Trip - July 18, 2009

The Dubuque Soccer Club has again organized a group trip to Toyota Park in Chicago to see the Chicago Fire play the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday July 18, 2009. Game time is 7:30 PM. Buses have been arranged through Tri-State Travel, and the buses will depart from Dubuque at approximately 2:15 PM on the day of the game. This year, we were able to secure better seats, yet the total cost is the same as last year. We will be in Section 109, rows 5 through 17. For those who attended the game last year, we sat in Section 111, rows 18 through 27. This year, we are closer to the field and down closer to the middle of the field.

Again this year, we will have some special opportunities for Dubuque Soccer Club members. Eleven kids (U12 and under) will be allowed to serve as player escorts. Those kids will have to pay $25, and they'll receive a Chicago Fire jersey. They will walk hand-in-hand with a professional soccer player onto the field prior to the game. Of all the age-eligible kids who wish to do this, we will draw for the eleven escorts. The remaining DSC members will all be permitted on the field prior to the game to participate in the tunnel of fire. Those kids will receive a free Chicago Fire tee shirt, and they will form a tunnel for the professional players as they enter the field. Both of these opportunities are for DSC members only.

For those who wish to drive themselves to the game, you can purchase tickets for $25 each. For those who wish to ride on the bus, the price is $48 per person, which covers your transportation and ticket to the game. No alcohol will be permitted on the buses.
